Fee Schedule

Subscription fee: $4 per active card per month.

Late payment fee: If we do not receive the current amount due by its payment due date, as shown in your Coast account, then we may assess a late fee equal to the greater of 2.5% of all amounts past due and $35.

In the event that any past due amount remains unpaid on the 31st day following its payment due date, we may assess an additional late fee equal to the greater of 5% of the total overdue balance on your Coast account on the date the fee is assessed and $35.

Returned payment fee: $35.

Foreign Transactions: 2.5% of the transaction amount following conversion into US Dollars.

Card Production and Standard Shipping: Coast does not charge a card production or shipping fee for cards shipped via standard shipping. We might review your card order with you to ensure you have the right amount of cards for your business needs, including reducing your initial order quantity based on your business’ operational requirements. Cards shipped via standard shipping arrive in 5-10 business days via USPS.

Expedited Shipping Charges: Coast offers two options for expedited shipping: Express Shipping (ships via FedEx 2Day with tracking and arrives within 5 business days) and Priority Shipping (ships via FedEx Priority Overnight with tracking and arrives within 2-4 business days). Coast passes through the associated expedited shipping charges, which may change from time to time, and are based on the quantity of cards ordered. These charges are available to view within the Coast dashboard on the card ordering page.
