FREE GAS FOR A DAY — PARTNER TERMS (Participating Partner Customers)

Free Gas For a Day is an in-person promotional event hosted by Coast (“Event”). These terms apply to participants who are eligible through a participating Coast partner organization. By participating, you agree to the following terms.

Event Date. The Event is currently scheduled for June 22, 2026. Coast reserves the right to change the Event date at any time and will notify registered participants of any changes via the contact information provided during registration.

Eligibility. To be eligible to participate in the Event through a Coast partner, you must: (a) be a current, active member or customer of a participating Coast partner organization (e.g., Blue Collar Success Group) as of the Event date; (b) present valid proof of membership or affiliation with the participating partner at check-in, such as a membership card, account screenshot, or recent invoice from the partner organization; and (c) have received a direct invitation to participate from Coast or from a participating Coast partner. Coast reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether proof of membership is sufficient.

Eligibility — Referred Guests. A person referred under the Referral Bonus program (“Referred Participant”) may be eligible to participate even if they are not a member of a participating partner organization and are not a Coast customer, provided they: (a) were referred by a valid Referrer; (b) RSVP using the official Event link; (c) attend the Event in person; and (d) present proof at check-in that they own or operate a bona fide business that is separate from and unaffiliated with the Referrer, such as a business card, company-branded vehicle, recent work invoice, business license, EIN, or active company website. Coast reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether proof of a separate business is sufficient, and to deny participation where the Referred Participant appears to be the same as or affiliated with the Referrer or another participant.

Benefit. Eligible participants who attend the Event in person will receive one (1) pre-loaded Coast card with a value of up to $250, redeemable for fuel at any fuel station that accepts Visa. The Coast card will be distributed at the Event and will be active on the Event date only. The card will be deactivated at the earlier of: (i) the $250 purchase limit being reached, or 11:59 PM EST on the Event date. Any unused balance will not carry over and is not redeemable for cash.

Referral Bonus. In addition to the base benefit above, an eligible participant (“Referrer”) may earn a Referral Bonus for each new participant they refer (“Referred Participant”). A Referral Bonus consists of one (1) additional pre-loaded Coast card with a value of up to $250, redeemable for fuel at any fuel station that accepts Visa, subject to the same distribution, activation, and deactivation rules as the base card. To qualify, all of the following must be met: (a) the Referrer has a valid RSVP and attends the Event in person; (b) the Referred Participant is new and has not previously RSVP’d to or attended the Event; (c) the Referred Participant qualifies under the “Eligibility — Referred Guests” section above (including presenting proof of a separate, bona fide business at check-in), completes RSVP using the official Event link, and attends the Event in person; and (d) the Referrer notifies Coast of the referral by emailing [contact email] with the Referred Participant’s name before the Event. A Referrer earns one (1) Referral Bonus for each qualifying Referred Participant who attends, up to a maximum of five (5) Referral Bonuses per Referrer. Referral Bonuses are not earned for no-shows. Coast may verify any referral and may disqualify referrals that are duplicative, fraudulent, from the same or an affiliated business as the Referrer, or that do not meet these conditions, in its sole discretion.

Limitations. The Free Gas For a Day base offer is limited to one (1) pre-loaded card per business. Multiple registrations by the same business will not be honored. The pre-loaded card has no cash value beyond its stated balance and is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Coast promotion, offer, discount, or incentive, including any other Free Gas for a Day promotion, except that an eligible participant may also earn the Referral Bonus described above. The Referral Bonus is the only offer that may be combined with the base benefit under these terms.

RSVP / Registration. Submitting an RSVP or registration does not guarantee participation in the Event. Participation is subject to confirmation by Coast, eligibility verification at check-in, and the Event taking place as scheduled. Coast reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event at any time, in which case registered participants will be notified via the contact information provided during registration.

General. Coast may update or replace these Partner Terms at any time. Coast may update or change eligibility criteria, restrictions, and requirements at any time. Coast may also terminate this promotional offering at any time without prior notice. By using a Coast card distributed at the Event, you consent to the Coast User Terms, which are hereby incorporated by reference.

FREE GAS FOR A DAY — EVENT TERMS (Coast Customers)

Free Gas For a Day is an in-person promotional event hosted by Coast (“Event”). By participating, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility. To be eligible to participate in the Event, you must: (a) be an active Coast customer with an account in good standing no later than June 18, 2026 (the day immediately preceding the Event).

Benefit. Eligible participants who attend the Event in person will receive a $500 statement credit applied to their Coast account within a reasonable period of time following the conclusion of the Event. Attendance at the Event in full is required to receive the credit — the credit will not be issued to registrants who do not attend.

Referral Bonus. In addition to the base benefit above, an eligible participant (“Referrer”) may earn a Referral Bonus for each new participant they refer (“Referred Participant”). A Referral Bonus consists of an additional $250 statement credit applied to the Referrer’s Coast account within a reasonable period of time following the conclusion of the Event. To qualify, all of the following must be met: (a) the Referrer has a valid RSVP and attends the Event in person; (b) the Referred Participant is new and has not previously RSVP’d to or attended the Event; (c) the Referred Participant completes RSVP using the official Event link, attends the Event in person, and presents proof at check-in that they own or operate a bona fide business separate from and unaffiliated with the Referrer (e.g., business card, company-branded vehicle, recent work invoice, business license, EIN, or active company website), as determined sufficient by Coast in its sole discretion; and (d) the Referrer notifies Coast of the referral by emailing [contact email] with the Referred Participant’s name before the Event. A Referred Participant need not be a Coast customer or a partner-organization member to qualify, and will receive the standard up-to-$250 pre-loaded Coast fuel card described in the Partner Terms for attending. A Referrer earns one (1) Referral Bonus for each qualifying Referred Participant who attends, up to a maximum of five (5) Referral Bonuses per Referrer. Referral Bonuses are not earned for no-shows. Coast may verify any referral and may disqualify referrals that are duplicative, fraudulent, from the same or an affiliated business as the Referrer, or that do not meet these conditions, in its sole discretion.
