Fill Up Friday — Partner Terms

Fill Up Friday is a promotional offer from Coast (“Promotion”). Coast, not the participating partner, is the sponsor of this Promotion and the issuer of any card provided under it. These terms apply to participants who are eligible through a participating Coast partner organization. By registering, you agree to the following terms.

Registration Deadline and Activation Date. Registration closes on 9/24/2026. All participant cards are currently scheduled to activate on September 25, 2026 (“Activation Date”). Coast reserves the right to change either date at any time and will notify registered participants of any change via the contact information provided during registration.

Eligibility. To be eligible, you must: (a) be a current, active member or customer of a participating Coast partner organization as of the Activation Date; (b) own or operate a bona fide business that operates a fleet of ten (10) or more vehicles and purchases fuel for those vehicles; (c) register using the official Promotion link provided by a participating Coast partner; (d) complete a Setup Meeting as described below; and (e) not be an existing Coast customer as of the date of registration. Coast reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether proof of partner membership, fleet size, or of a bona fide business is sufficient.

Setup Meeting Required. Participation requires completing a scheduled virtual meeting with a Coast representative, approximately 20 to 30 minutes (“Setup Meeting”), on or before [DATE]. During the Setup Meeting you must download and install the Coast mobile application, complete account and card setup, and provide the information Coast requires to issue the card, including verification of your partner membership, your business, and that your business operates ten (10) or more vehicles. Registrants who do not schedule or do not complete a Setup Meeting by that date will not receive a card. Registrants who cannot verify a fleet of ten (10) or more vehicles will not receive a card. Coast reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a Setup Meeting has been completed.

Benefit. Eligible participants who complete a Setup Meeting will receive one (1) Coast mobile fleet card loaded with $500 in fuel value. The card is valid only at fuel merchants and will be declined elsewhere. The card activates on September 25, 2026 and is deactivated at the earlier of: (i) the $500 balance being exhausted, or (ii) 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 25, 2026. Any unused balance will not carry over, will not be extended, and is not redeemable for cash.

Mobile Card and App Requirement. The card is issued as a mobile fleet card and is accessed through the Coast mobile application. Participation requires a compatible mobile device and an active Coast account created during the Setup Meeting. Coast is not responsible for a participant’s inability to use the card due to device, connectivity, application, or merchant acceptance issues.

No Cost to Participate. There is no cost to participate. No payment method is required and participation does not require a credit application. The Coast account created during the Setup Meeting does not automatically convert to a paid or funded account when the card is deactivated.

Card Use and Account Activity. The card may be used only by you or by employees of your business acting on your behalf, and only for fuel purchased for your own business use. Fuel purchased with the card may not be resold. Coast monitors card and account activity and may use that activity, and your registration information, to administer the Promotion and to contact you about Coast products and services, in accordance with the Coast Privacy Policy.

Limitations. This offer is limited to one (1) card per business, regardless of fleet size or number of locations. Multiple registrations by the same business will not be honored. The card has no cash value beyond its stated balance and is not transferable, refundable, resellable, or redeemable for cash. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other Coast promotion, offer, discount, or incentive.

Registration. Submitting a registration does not guarantee participation or a card. Participation is subject to confirmation by Coast, eligibility verification, completion of a Setup Meeting, and the Promotion proceeding as scheduled. Coast reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Promotion at any time, in which case registered participants will be notified via the contact information provided during registration.

Misuse and Deactivation. Coast may suspend or deactivate a card, and disqualify a participant, at any time and in its sole discretion, including where Coast suspects fraud, misrepresentation of eligibility or fleet size, duplicate or affiliated registrations, resale of fuel, or any use inconsistent with these terms.

General. Coast may update or replace these Partner Terms at any time. Coast may update or change eligibility criteria, restrictions, and requirements at any time. Coast may also terminate this promotional offering at any time without prior notice. By registering and using a Coast card issued under this Promotion, you consent to the Coast User Terms, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
