Fuel and Materials and Supplies or Fleet Maintenance spend sign-up bonus terms

The sign-up bonus is paid out in the form of a statement credit on your account after your account has been open for 60. The sign-up bonus amount is determined by the spend threshold that you meet on your account in both the Fuel category, and the Materials and Supplies or Fleet Maintenance categories, as set out in the table below. The minimum spend to receive a sign-up bonus is $5,000 on Fuel plus $5,000 on Materials and Supplies or Fleet Maintenance ($10,000 total).

The sign-up up bonus will be paid in the form of a statement credit. The statement credit will be applied to your account four to six weeks after your account has been open for 60 days. To receive the statement credit, your Coast Account must not be past due or canceled at the time the statement credit is posted. Eligible purchases can be made by any User on a single Coast Account. Only purchases at fuel merchants that provide line-item transaction data will count toward your minimum fuel spend. Fees or other non-purchase charges do not contribute to your spend amount.

In order to qualify for the statement credit, you must reach the minimum spend threshold within the first 60 days of opening your Coast Account. Your period to meet the minimum spend amount may be shorter than 60 days if there is a delay in receiving your card/s. Purchases may fall outside of the  two (2) month period in some cases, such as a delay in merchants submitting transactions to us or if the purchase date differs from the date you made the transaction.

Companies are only eligible for one sign-up bonus and may not combine this sign-up bonus with any other sign-up bonuses.
