COAST HAWAII SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL TERMS

No Purchase or Payment is Necessary to Enter. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning.

1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older  and have received a direct invitation to participate in this Sweepstakes from Coast. These terms include additional eligibility and participation requirements that are described below. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Sweepstakes complies with any policies their employer may have regarding participation in promotions of this type. Employees of Coast, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on July 8th, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 13th, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Coast’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. How To Enter:
   1. Eligible participants who have received a direct invitation from Coast and have non-fuel merchant spending enabled, and either (1) complete card transactions with at least 50 unique qualifying non-fuel merchants (a unique merchant refers to the single distinct business entity or company brand with which a transaction is completed, regardless of how many individual store locations or physical sites you transact with) OR (2) have at least 25 Coast account users complete card transactions with qualifying non-fuel merchants during the Entry Period may submit one (1) entry for the Sweepstakes by completing the registration form available at [URL]. Limit one (1) entry per person and per business. Incomplete entries or those not meeting the eligibility criteria will be disqualified.
      1. As used herein “Qualifying non-fuel merchants” means the following merchant categories as reflected in your Coast account: equipment rental; hardware and supplies; airlines, hotel and accommodations; taxis/rideshare; transportation; advertising; education; car and utility rental; entertainment; insurance; government services; medical; member organizations; personal services; professional services; political organizations; religious organizations; software and applications; telecommunications; or utilities.
   2. Alternatively, with no cost or purchase required, you may enter by mailing a letter that includes the name of your company and the name and email address that may be used for communications from Coast regarding this Sweepstakes to: K-Dimensional Holdings Inc. d/b/a Coast, P.O. Box 483, New York, NY 10014. Letters must be postmarked during the Entry Period. This free method of entry carries the same odds of winning as any other method of entry.
   3. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per business, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries will be disqualified. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Coast’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
   4. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
4. Drawing: On or about [DATE] at [TIME] ET, Coast will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Coast will notify the potential winner via email and the potential winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Potential Winner Requirements: Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, an alternate potential winner may be selected in its place in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners may be contacted.
6. Prize: One (1) winner will receive 880,000 Coast reward points, credited to the winner’s active Coast account. The Approximate Retail Value of the prize is $8,800, calculated at a rate of $.01 per point at the time of award. Points may be applied toward travel redemptions, including flights, lodging, car rental, and similar categories available through Coast’s rewards platform, currently maintained by Ascenda, and are subject to that platform’s terms and conditions. The actual value of any specific redemption through the Ascenda platform will depend on availability, partner inventory, and applicable terms. Prize Points may not be transferred, sold, or, except as permitted in the rewards platform, redeemed for cash. Availability of specific travel options is subject to partner inventory and blackout dates. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the value of the prize. 
   1. Active Account Requirement: To receive and redeem the Prize Points, the winner’s Coast account must be active and in good standing at the time the points are issued. If the winner’s Coast account is not active or is not in good standing at the time of issuance, the winner will forfeit the Prize Points.
   2. Winners Without a Coast Account: If the selected winner does not hold an active Coast account at the time of prize fulfillment, Coast may, in its sole discretion, deem the prize forfeited, in which case an alternate winner may be selected pursuant to Section 5 above.

7. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, Coast may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes; or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Coast reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Coast’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Coast by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
8. Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Coast, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of posts; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or other legal costs. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Celtic Bank is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, or administrator of this Sweepstakes and bears no responsibility for its administration or the fulfillment of any prize.
9. Disputes: You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York, NY. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Coast in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York.
10. To Find Out Who Won: To request the business name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to K-Dimensional Holdings Inc. d/b/a Coast at P.O. Box 483, New York, NY 10014. The winner may also be posted online on Coast’s website at www.coastpay.com. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the end of the Entry Period.
