Tap Tuesday: Customer Terms

Tap Tuesday is a promotional offer from Coast (“Promotion”) that gives eligible Coast customers $500 to use on corporate card spend: anything except fuel. By registering, you agree to the following terms.

Registration Deadline and Activation Date. Registration closes on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026, or earlier if all 75 Promotional Cards have been claimed. All Promotional Cards are currently scheduled to activate on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 (“Activation Date”). Coast reserves the right to change either date at any time and will notify registered participants of any change via the email address on file for their Coast account.

Eligibility. To be eligible, you must: (a) be an administrator of a Coast business account that is open, active and in good standing (not past due, suspended or in collections) on the date you register and on the Activation Date; (b) be a business with annual revenue three million dollars ($3,000,000) or more as reflected in your Coast application; (c) your corporate card (non-fuel) spend on Coast has never exceeded $25,000 per month, according to Coast’s records; (d) register using the unique Promotion link shared by Coast; and (e) complete a Setup Meeting as described below. There is no minimum fleet size or number of vehicles required to participate. Coast will make a determination about your eligibility in its sole discretion based on the criteria above.

Setup Meeting Required. Participation requires completing a scheduled virtual meeting with a Coast representative, approximately 30 minutes (“Setup Meeting”). During the Setup Meeting, the representative will add the Promotional Card to your existing Coast account for use via your Coast mobile app.

Benefit. Eligible participants who complete a Setup Meeting will receive one (1) Coast mobile card loaded with $500 for corporate card spend (“Promotional Card”). The Promotional Card can be used for business purchases anywhere Coast is accepted, except fuel. It activates on the Activation Date and is deactivated at the earlier of: (i) the $500 balance being used up, or (ii) 11:59 PM Eastern Time on November 30, 2026. A purchase larger than the remaining balance will be declined. Any unused balance will not carry over, will not be extended and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Restricted Purchases. The Promotional Card cannot be used for fuel or vehicle related expenses such as maintenance, parts, or oil changes. Coast may decline any transaction based on the merchant category code the merchant uses, and is not responsible for how a merchant categorizes its business.

No Cost and Billing. There is no additional cost to participate. Purchases made with the Promotional Card are funded by Coast, will not be billed to your Coast account and do not count against your credit limit. Promotional Card purchases do not earn rewards or rebates and do not count toward any spend minimums.

Mobile Card and App Requirement. The Promotional Card is issued as a mobile card and is accessed through the Coast mobile application under your existing Coast account. Participation requires a compatible mobile device. Coast is not responsible if you can’t use the card because of device, connectivity, application or merchant acceptance issues.

Card Use and Account Activity. The Promotional Card may be used only by you or by employees of your business acting on your behalf, and only for purchases for your own business use. Items purchased with the Promotional Card may not be resold. Coast monitors card and account activity and may use that activity, and your registration information, to administer the Promotion and to contact you about Coast products and services, in accordance with the Coast Privacy Policy.

Limitations. This Promotion is limited to seventy-five (75) Promotional Cards in total, issued to the first 75 eligible businesses to complete a Setup Meeting. Once all 75 cards have been claimed, no further cards will be issued, even if you have registered or scheduled a Setup Meeting. This offer is limited to one (1) Promotional Card per business, regardless of how many Coast accounts the business or its affiliates hold. The Promotional Card has no cash value beyond its stated balance and is not transferable, refundable, resellable or redeemable for cash. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other Coast promotion, offer, discount or incentive.

Misuse and Deactivation. Coast may suspend or deactivate a Promotional Card, and disqualify a participant, at any time and in its sole discretion. This includes cases where Coast suspects fraud, misrepresentation of eligibility, duplicate or affiliated registrations, purchases of cash equivalents, resale of purchased items, or any use inconsistent with these terms.

General. Coast may update or replace these terms at any time. Coast may update or change eligibility criteria, restrictions and requirements at any time. Coast may also end this Promotion at any time without prior notice. By registering and using a Promotional Card, you consent to the Coast User Terms and Coast’s Platform Agreement, which are incorporated by reference.
